ImmunoGen, Inc. Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- ImmunoGen, Inc. (Nasdaq: IMGN) announced today that it intends to offer for sale its common stock in an underwritten public offering.
